Albert Tate
Albert and his wife, LaRosa, moved here from just outside Jackson, Mississippi, in 2005 where Albert was the Senior Pastor at a church for five years. He has been serving at LAC as the High School pastor but has recently accepted the new position of Intergenerational Pastor. His responsibilities include speaking at Warehouse, speaking at High School and College and occasionally in the main services at LAC. He is also the "seasons of life" pastor for Young Adults while they continue to search for this position. Scott White
Hello, my name is Scott and I am one of the Pastors (Global Outreach) here at Lake Avenue Church and part of that pastoring includes Team Leadership with Warehouse Core Team and Staff Team. I am married to Nancy and we got a couple of boys to round out the home team. Pasadena really is home, having spent 40+ years living in the area. What gets me up in the morning and plugged in to this kind of life focus, is helping people who have discovered Jesus, learn to follow him and not with easy answers or three easy lessons but honestly working it out. I spent 20 years running my own company before becoming a pastor full-time. I read way too much and bleed Bruin and Dodger Blue, which for the last few years has felt more like punishment than pleasure!
Jeremy Rose
I am a Pasadena local - born and raised. I have been around music and especially musicians
all of my life and have a deep passion for the way music affects our hearts and resonates
in our souls. I've been leading worship for the Warehouse Service since June 2004 and also lead worship Saturday night and Sunday morning at LAC. I graduated from
Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Sociology and a Music Minor and am pursuing a Master of
Arts in Theology at Fuller Seminary. My wife, Vanessa, and I are expecting a baby boy this February 2009.

Rose Lee-Norman
Rose Lee-Norman was born and raised in Minnesota. Before moving to Pasadena,
California she lived in Ecuador, South America for a year while she attended a
one-year discipleship training college called Covenant Bible College. While she
was there she experienced the unique Ecuadorian culture, traveled all over the
country, studied the Bible intensely while earning a Certificate in Christian
Studies and even met her husband, Ryan. After Ecuador she moved to Chicago where
she attended North Park University. While attending school she also was a part
of the Women's Crew Team and Children's Ministry at New Community Covenant
Church. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts in Biblical and Theological
Studies and grew a strong passion for ministry, people, and advocacy of social
justice. Now she lives in Pasadena with her husband as they both attend Fuller
Theological Seminary. She is very excited to be able to gain experience,
knowledge, and growth through Warehouse Children's Ministry and is hopeful for
the ways God will be present and active in these children
Lena Garcia
Hi, my name is Lena and I am the Warehouse Assistant. First off, I am a
midwestern girl. I grew up in Milwaukee, WI where my family still lives. I
decided that I wanted to go to an ABW school (anywhere but Wisconsin) :) and
traveled to upstate New York to study at Ithaca College. There I studied
Technical Theatre and minored in Art History. From there I moved to southern
California first living in Glendora, then Fullerton and now Pasadena. Jon (my
Husband) and I have attended Warehouse since January of 2007. We have really enjoyed
becoming a part of this community. In addition to working at LAC, I also am a
set designer, props fabricator and puppeteer.
